How to make a Glass Effect on Image or Fonts? (WITH IMAGES) (Click The images to see it bigger and Better)

First We click on FILE>>>NEW. Then we put The Project’s name and the datas:
-Preset: Custom   -Width: 500 pixels   -Height: 125 pixels   -Resolution: 72 pixels/inch   -Color Mode: RGB Color 8 bit   -Background Contents: White.

Type Somthing. (to type a text click on  )

After typing a Text, Make a New Layer clicking on .Now we have a NEW LAYER. Select the NEW LAYER clicking on it.

After that, we need to click on . Now after that do the same as I show on this PIC

Now we leave the text as i shown you on the Image. Then we click on Then we set the color into WHITE… After setting it into color white, click on The part that we selected.
As you can see, the part we selected becomes WHITE and we can’t see nothing. We can only see the lower part.

So if you’ve done making the part selected white, click on OPACITY and set it to 30%

So doing that proces, We Save our project clicking on FILE>>>SAVE AS. Then We’ll have something like this!
